Mliter Meat Slicer Gear replacement

My bacon Master friend having problem with his Meat Slicer. To put it in simple terms, the slicer didn't slice....It is establish that the gear has worn out. Hence he requested me to print a new gear for this machine. With a bit of CAD and 3D printing we manage to fix it.......Do enjoy my video and hit like and Subscribe. TQ

Wahhh. My meat slicer just stopped work. Opened and found the gear was broken. Searched the web and this came up at top. Amazing DIY work and use 3D printer to solve a real life problem. Would you kindly share the 3D model? Have the same slicer. Thank you so…. much.

How much are 3D metal printers these days? Are they still around or above $1000 usd? I need to do some gears too but they need to be hard metal (steel etc). Gears made of thermoplastics, acetal, nylon, etc, are still ok, they just don't last as long as metals/alloys.

@@iandiyweekend3771 ... Oh I just need a small transfer gear for a couple paper shredders & some other office machines. It appears that the smaller transfer gears get the most work & amount of pressure in the gearboxes, which is why their teeth usually get ground up quicker & die. Probably just bad engineering design.

title says "gear replacement , This video does not show you how to "Replace" that gear , This video is minutes of graphics about 3D printing a gear and then reassembly ........ waste of time , I ordered the gear from Amazon , 2 for 8 bucks ,. show us how to REMOVE the old worn out gear or re-title your video to be more accurate !
