Majority of the money went to the pockets of US defense contractors and the senators who approved previous bills. Just a little over $22bil went to Ukraine in form of cash and the majority of that was stolen in Ukraine. So now Ukraine cant pay its military and government workers and wants them $60bil in cash instead of weapons. Thats why there is hesitation in both parties. And Im not saying Paul is a bad guy but he is not painting the full picture here... Its politics after all

I live in a old mobile home and when I see them send billions overseas, let in all the illegalls from around the world give them free health care and I still have to pay out of pocket. @linusa2996 Not true. Just in 2001 there's over 2.3 trillion missing from DOD. Factor in what we pay to secure Israel, Korea, and the 35,000 troops in Germany. On top of that you have to factor in our trade deficits and then factor in servicing the national debt which is the biggest portion.
