I don't believe ANYONE in law enforcement or the justice system knows the U.S. Constitution or the Bill of Rights and the freedom and liberty's they gives to the common man. Police Officers lack the ability to distinguish Private Property from Public Property. Many believe a Police Station is Private Property. Judges believe they control the entire Court House not just the Court Room. Some believe they control outside the Court House, like the public sidewalks.

Yep, completely sucks. Especially for cases that matter. At least we have an ok supreme court when push comes to shove. But the time, expense and accessibility of getting to that court is a high water mark. You know they are going to set some crazy extreme presidents. What about the one judge that had tons of appeals to his decisions.

want to boggle the mind look up the missing 13th amendment of 1809 why in 1812 the british burned the records a man spent 100,000 of his own money and researched this. After finding this missing amendment then look up Article 1 section 9 clause 8..... they sure did take a lot out of it.

I was appreciative one day when Kennedy asked two Trump appeals court nominees what a motion in limine was, or the purpose of a Daubert hearing. I'm not an attorney, but I knew. Neither nominee had the faintest clue. However, I've been less happy with his grilling of Biden nominees lately that seems more partisan.

And any lawyer who doesn't recall landmark decisions from SCOTUS (i.e. not knowing what the Dred Scott v. Sanford case was about off the top of their head) should disqualify someone from being admitted to, much less graduating from, any law school. And on top of everything, most of these nominees disrespect the American people by simply accepting the nomination when they're so woefully unprepared &/or ignorant of the supreme law of the land. Senator I've been a judge for 22 years and I've not come across that case. They all say that it's as if they were all coached. They also all say it's my understanding that and they also say I don't recall. My ruling was partially adopted or they declined to adopt my ruling. Rather than admitting their judgement was reversed. I'd say they had a horrible coach. For the love of God, just tell the truth and admit your judgements were reversed. It boggles the mind.
