Hi Great vidio. I learned a lot. A friend of mine had a lot of foot pain. he went to a regular Doctor then was sent to a Neurologist. There he was diagnosed with Foot Neuropathy. He was given drugs. No help. We finally got him to go to Foot Doctor. That Doctor found he had a pebble imbedded in his foot. Once removed, The pain was gone. Always check for simple things.
Hi Dr Candy! Could you please suggest specific type of zero drop big toe box shoes for metatarsalgia I was looking at Altrex brand but don’t know which one I should get ..TIA
The ones I use are Altra Torins. Not knowing your foot type, those may or may not be the best for you. Xero shoes and Vivobarefoot are other good brands.
