Surprisingly good ? Maybe for you it has been a surprise, not for anyone living in western Europe. Peugeot have dramatically improved those last 10 years. They make formidable cars now. Seen as mid premium in Europe, going full premium. 408 is a sensational car that looks sublime.
The handling is impressive for such class of car. There is 1 thing which may annoy some owners which is the non circular wheel and the high instrument panel. When travelling in a straight line you can see the dials above the steering wheel but when turning it partially covers them. It’s an interesting non traditional design the French went with. I’m not the biggest fan of it but it’s different to the norm.
The traditional steering also has the same issue. The outer steering ring connects with the central steering hub. So when the traditional steering turns to certain again, it is still blocking your speedometer view. Am i right?

However in my opinion, after watching your Tesla video, It's seems like moving forward all model Gasoline vehicle looks moving very slow 😂 The way of EV vehicles climb this hills seems more aggressive speed 😂
This one has a bit more power, but perhaps the Civic is lower so could be a little more stable, so the two are quite close. Try both then choose one. I can arrange test

@@SiewPhangMoi fair point, when turning in both scenarios your eyes are usually on the road rather than instrument dials so makes no difference 👍
totally different for me.. im hooked up with the steering wheel and i'll never go back to the big circular wheel..

YT always chokes it down - you could perhaps check your playback quality - you may have set it to low res. Our video is set at 1080.
