Bought one of these in 2023. Had no problems with the the auto tailgate when I swipe my foot under the rear bumper. I bought the 1.2L petrol model and from standstill reached 60mph in 7.9secs. The steering wheel isn't a problem when you adjust your seat and the wheel accordingly. Did 455 miles on a full tank that calculated at approx 9p a mile. The sat navigation works brilliantly and have never had a problem when speaking to it. Lane departure, blind spot monitoring, auto braking and cruise control works like a dream. The sound system is great given that connections are now USBC as opposed to standard USB, although there is plenty of USB connections and additional 5v connections in the front and rear. This has been been one of the best cars I have bought and I have had most German models. The quality is great and the ride is plush with minimal sound from the outside. The best thing about this car is how it looks, having had many comments which are positive. It's so sexy looking. I give this car 9/10
Small steering wheel is class on my 2008 130 allure. Possibly a hybrid next but never an ev. The Peugeot ev's have a poor range and aren't quick enough to make up for all of the ev shortfalls. The depreciation on them is absolutely shocking and if people didn't buy them then the I.c.e would remain.
Peugeot has retained this flawed silly steering wheel & I for one can't get comfortable with it. This car is overstyled & has black scaffolding for a rear bumper!
loved it in my 208GTi.. the seating for new peugeots (from 2013 208 onwards) is more like a race car.. so it's supposed to be low and close to you with a 70-90 degree bend in your elbows (which is the correct position for your arms) if you drive with your arms almost dead straight it will be crap to use..
