Day drinking with you today! Riding high in a couple ways, that includes Maker's Mark. Had same thought, Zep a great palate cleanser after Yes. In regards of having to think. Lol just four gents, plugged in. Bringin' it. Ty for reaction! Love the Zep following a Yes track. My life really, just add bourbon and Whitman. No one sounds like Page, all the great guitarists have very distinctive styles that beget uniqueness. VoLLUuummMEe!! My thanks from Seattle, Wa.
Hey Ryan, glad you could join me! And fantastic choice with Makers Mark 👌. I would call Zep and excellent Chaser for any prog song, could be my new mixture!!!
Like I've said before, it amazes me many of our parents didn't bat an eye when we blasted this back in the day. Bless them. It must be hard for you to remember what you listen to. We didn't have access back then tojump from tune to tune. So, if you bought an album, it was an investment. You listened to it, over and over again, until you would sing it in your sleep. Glad you listened to it again. Another fun reaction. US Roadie 1 signing off...
Hahaha poor unsuspecting parents!! I totally get that and agree. It's great hearing lots of different music and sharing it with you guys, but the cost is as you say, a lack of familiarity or sustained connection to a song, given dilution of time and the next song! But as you see in this reaction, it keeps amazing jams fun and interesting and new!!
This was SO much fun to listen to with you again! And I knew at exactly what point you would remember it too! Lol! I never ever get tired of hearing this one! Robert!😍🍋 💕
John Paul Jones is brilliant here. The greatest benefit I got from not drinking is the fog lifted, and my mind got a lot sharper. Thou I still walk into a room and wonder why I'm here ✨️🎶✨️
Well Sir thank you for my Sunday entertainment, listening to the band I love, & of course you making me laugh & smile. There are a lot of live performances, though quite a few songs weren’t performed live. Royal Albert Hall (1970), has a lot of their early songs, great concert to watch. Live at Madison Square Gardens (1973), is from their movie, The Song Remains The Same. Absolutely the best concert footage, everything from that concert is perfection. Live at Earls Court (1975), the one night, has one of my two favorite live performances. Live at Knebworth (1979), has great songs from their later albums. These concerts & a few songs from Denmark radio (1969), are the best concerts with visuals. I hope that helps, searching for live performances, again thank you for your fun filled reaction.
Ah excellent. Thank you for letting me know about live performances, will come in amhandy at the end of this album run through when I go to check a couple out. You're a star
