I know i have proper visualization of the swing when my mechanics are perfect
I know im struggling when my mechanics are bad, cause that means im not visualizing it right.

There are a lot of similarities due to swinging a lever... but also some differences. Ball on ground versus random locations above ground... round bat versus square club, etc... Very true though! Nice eye! ~Michael Pro Speed Baseball

When you say that the bat/ broom is moving away from you the knob is actually going towards the ball right? And then we unhinge the wrist? Were just not moving the bat away from us
