Sono d, origine arabo andalusa i miei avi sono cacciati via dal loro paese e si sono rifugiati in Tunisia... Che fino oggi in Tunisia ci chiamano gli Anfalusi ... Great story I m proud to be one of this great civilisation ❤️❤️❤️
Visited here with High School Spanish Club in April 1971...Jim Morrison of the Doors followed our Tour Guide/Group that day--he hung back, but was very interested in the Tour and the learnings, we didnt act like teeny boppers around him, gave him his space and he would nod and giggle to us at times--he was with Pam his GF. So sad he died in Paris just a few months later. No way I can forget the visit to La Alhambra.
We have just returned to the UK after a trip to Granada - which I can highly recommend. We purchased tickets for the Alhambra for 9 am from a ticket machine at the rear of the Tourist Office. On arrival at Alhambra, we looked around the grounds for a while, but we were not allowed admission to the actual Palace as 9 o'clock had passed. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, we were unaware that the 9 am entry was for the actual Palace, rather than for the grounds. In fact, that isn't made clear - perhaps because we purchased our tickets from a machine? The Palace itself is quite a distance from the entrance to Alhambra, so don't be caught out. Also, it's essential that you have photographic ID (Passport) as it's checked on more than one occasion. ENJOY!
The Alhambra is a wonderful place to visit. The central palace area is the top attraction and the nearby fort and the Generalife area are also worth exploring. If time allows travel to Cordoba for a day trip.
This seems to be a very charming place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job! Subscribed!!
The comment in this video is of poor quality sound n content. Al Hambra which means The Red One in arabic is the most beautiful palace ever built its Islamic caligraphy make it look like a fairy tale..

Imi pare rau pentru neenorocirea familiilor!Dar ma intreb:fata asta, asa de fruumoasa, studenta la medicina,de ce s-a complacut in prietenia cu acest individ?Ce-i lipsea?

Beautyfull like morocco !
Work of the moors
Arabs, moor is a degratory term meaning Arabs.
Definitely is in the bucket list. Why didn't you mention the nort African moors?
Not Alhambra, it's Alhamra, an Arabic word that means Reddish. It's reflected" Moroccan Andulisan architecture "

The Nasrid Dynasty
what's written on it?? can't read first word.
What is the engineer's name?
The H is silent when you say "Alhambra". It should sound like "Al-Ambra". The "H" is usually silent in Spanish.
It's not a Spanish word
Spanish teacher here. this.... this is just wrong.
@@andrewpalmer6257 I think you are right now. I have been previously corrected. Thanks
Roman intro Christian aftermath…. Then zero credit to Arabs (true deal) dark comedy. Give credit to the masters (Arabs not Moors)
Arabs and moors same
Moors mean moslims and they speack arabs
They are north africains and all middle east people I'm moroccan.
Spain called us moors moros moriscos because they kicked out moslims in Morocco north africa
More credit to the Arabs is due, i agree with you. A lot of culture remained in the peninsula
100% agree this summary is a complete disgrace. 99% of time should be dedicated to the Moors.
Moops 😂
The same decoration and Syrian style in the building
My Car Seat Alhambra 😂
The moors
