Never know about Dc Mandell I wake-up this morning 4 days after my 68 birthday to drink my prep of liquid diet for colonoscopy with the usual back pain and I run in to Dc doing the baby posture laying on his back and pulling his feet down chest and I deed it maybe for45 seconds and he helps me fix my back pain of 12 years I did my procedure I been working around sitting and getting up with no pain ( did not drive yet) and I went to the comments as far as 3 years and I sawed who he really was “ a honest humble gift for humanity “and I hope a billion people will run into him

Great info-your sincerity is palpable! Unfortunately, brought to your channel due to back/nerve issues, but thank God we've got you as a resource! I’m so blessed to have found this video. I suffer badly neuropathy in my feet. Some days my feet hurt so bad that it’s difficult to walk. I’ve even wondered will I eventually end up in a wheelchair. Been learning a lot from Dr. Mandell. Thank you very much 4 your videos
Ditto and I don't understand the thing in my whole body starts shaking I don't get it. Sometimes the pain is so bad that I can't get back in the house and I'm going to be out there and no one will find me. It is also starting to make my right leg jerk while I'm trying to drive and put on the break or gas! Scary stuff.

I'm having severe pain from my shoulder radiating to my wrist (with excruciating wrist pain & swelling) & also numbness in my right hand. I'm going to take this info & run with it! I can never thank you enough for this phone near opathy I will try I will do the core exercises the V12 all the bees and I will find that kind of acid and thank you for spelling that out because I had no idea thank you thank you thank you. Also have a lot of shaking from head to toe with it sometimes I can't even drive because my foot kind of like jerks and my leg and I never know when it's going to start so really I can't give a driving I'm by myself and I have to go to the store and other places

I wish my doctors would take the time to explain & educate their patients. They don’t talk about nutrition, ask for food HP or blood sugar logs. It would help us both to care for me as a whole person. Thanks for your channel.
Sadly that's because most of them don't know about proper nutrition. They get hardly any training on it..and the training they get is out of date/wrong information. Food pyramid anyone?!!!...🤣🤣🤣 Seriously..there are excellent doctors on UA-cam for this...think functional medicine and anti- inflammatory foods. I like Dr. Sten Ekberg and Dr. Berg.
What I do is meditation on the healing of the word of God when I start feeling the pain, and I also say God loves me before I know it, the pain is gone.
He's the best thing since slice bread. May God continue to bless him so that he can bless us with his knowledge.
I suffered from debilitating migraines for decades...an episode could last for 3 months at a time...would go blind...and the list goes on. I finally took someone’s advice and visited a chiropractor...turns out the C curve of my neck was going the opposite way.. After visiting the chiropractor 4 times a week in the beginning, I am now down to once every other week and have been migraine free for about 2 years.

I have been having neck, shoulder and arm discomfort and I now realize it may be my sleeping position along with my slumping posture and chin way too far forward at the computer at the root cause. Also, every now and again I have had a burning sensation on the top side of my toes and I now recognize it as high glucose. Such helpful information, I truly appreciate it!!!

You Answered it, so many questions I have Such concern for. As you saw in my comment I've Suffered so many things That's happen to me in relationships. I have taken strong pain pills for years. I am 77 years old stay in pain. I was told because of all these pitch nerves in my back and that I have over my body It's gonna be that way. That's not the will of God. Go see a chiropractor. They are the best for your problem. I used to have sciatica years ago and I am healed. I still see my chiropractor for maintenance.
So sorry for your pain, as I e been suffering with bilateral sciatica for five years now…..back of thighs cramping, stabbing excruciating pain on side of thigh, throbbing nerve pain, and I don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel😞

Entretanto, como paleativo use uma pomada depois de aquecer a sua lombar com uma almofada eléctrica. Eu uso a pomada ELAS feita à base de plantas. Também pode usar, na lombar, um emplastro. Se aquecer essa zona, os nervos que derivam para as pernas estão apertados e com o calor ficam mais libertos. Massageia a zona. Se dorme de costas ponha uma almofada alta debaixo dos joelhos, se dorme de lado ponha uma almofada entre os joelhos. As almofadas servem para tirar a pressão da lombar. Estimo as suas melhoras.
