Ingredients for 4 servings:
120 g flour
4 eggs
250 ml milk
2 tbsp sugar
50 g raisins
30 ml rum
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
Powdered sugar for dusting
60 g butter for frying
Takes me back to my childhood, my grandma used to make it for me all the time, it was the best thing ever! And still is 🙂👍
