I’ve been working out for about three months 6 days per week and I only see a difference with my body but not really on the ice and that’s mostly what I want to achieve. What should I do?
Aerobic work for hockey players is likely best performed 2-3x per week for those with poor aerobic endurance, or once per week for those with excellent aerobic endurance.
Don't worry about it man... a lot of people at the gym do the same old, boring stuff... and a lot of them are actually impressed with athletes doing athletic stuff. If you see people watching you do certain exercises they most likely are just curious - stay focused!

69 Pack 14 I don’t do heavy lifting/ not more then 12 kilos

bodybuilders in the gym look at me strangely because I do this exercises(. I dunno how to not pay attention to this
