    what can i substitute if i don’t have an exercise ball and can’t get one due to the current situation?

    Do you recommend we do this workout 3 times a week for the first 2 weeks of the offseason?

      I set up the schedule like:
      Day 1 - Regeneration workout
      Day 2 - Mobility circuit
      Day 3 - Regeneration workout
      Day 4 - Mobility circuit
      Day 5 - Regeneration workout
      Day 6 - Off
      Day 7 - Off
      So you have the right idea, but, this would only be one of the regeneration sessions -- the other two are similar in philosophy but different in execution.
