STEGOSAURUS Size Comparison - This video presents members of the Stegosaurus genus. Those are herbivore dinosaurs, four-legged and armored from the Late Jurassic, characterized by the distinctive kite-shaped upright plates along their backs and spikes on their tails. Due to their distinctive combination of broad, upright plates and tails tipped with spikes, Stegosaurus is one of the most recognizable dinosaurs. The genus includes species such as Stegosaurus, Kentrosaurus, Hesperosaurus, and others.
The dinosaurs are represented by their average size (throughout multiple sources) and their appearance is an artistic interpretation.
