A fantastic strength arm ab eccentric workout. The format is super and intense I dropped to 12 lbs at some excercises to keep form. I had a good time.😅 Thank you Tracy.👍 💪 ❤️
That was an amazing arm ab workout! I used lighter weights on some of the shoulder exercises but I also did the amore shoulders too so I wish it was a beach day 😉thank you Tracy ❤️🔥
I do the 40 minute beginner arms and abs sculpted and you talk about try not to build muscle on top of fat. Which I’ve always been told I have a few more inches to get off before I want to sculpt so just wanted to see if this video is cardio. 😊 thank you thank you!
Yeah, I agree with you on the longer eccentric reps, although I did arms Amore yesterday, so it was actually quite enough for me today. Biceps are really sore from that! Poor planning! 😂. And my hips are extremely sore from the squat one!
That is so disappointing 😞 That's one of the features that originally drew me to your channel and kept me, then I discovered all of the other wonderful features! I have been able to determine the right amount of expenditure I need to control my weight by using your estimates like an equivalent-I know we don't burn the same amount. I aim for a certain amount of energy expenditure each day so even if my actual numbers are different from yours i reach the same amount based on your reading. I know it's not the best way but it works for me. I'm not a fan of the trackers. I also realize that one person's input is like a grain of sand especially if they aren't a member. Hoping maybe you will reconsider keeping the calorie burn feature but since I'm just a follower it seems unlikely to matter😞
