hey i got a 2009 txc 250 and im wondering if the plastics are the same as your bike, because i cant get the front shrouds off, they have some weird screw that just strips the plastic in the tank…?
I'm sure you solved your problem, but if happens to anyone else, just pull the bolt forward, and it will bring the brass plug out of the tank so you can separate the shrouds from the tank, and when you put it back together, use epoxy that holds the brass bung in the hole
re-routing the electrical is always the time consuming....i like it done right....you did a kick ass job on the rebuild!!
