Honestly, t h i s is the best opening to me!! Fall fair from 2016 focused on the kids and their death much more than any of the others, making it feel much more- relevant if that makes sense? But uranium suite from the cast album has my some of my favorite instrumental, and i feel like you can hear quite a few hints of it here. Plus, with a bit more focus on the fair itself it feels like waiting for the drop had some aspects snuck in as well
supposedly, for the "sailing through space" part, Jane is singing the top part, Constance is singing the middle part, and Ocean is singing the bottom part
this version is so much sadder to me than the others, ocean sounds on the verge of tears during her ending solo and they all sing so desperately during the final section
