I love being an alto because I was forced to be a soprano for half of my life because my choir never had enough 💀
Basses too, all we get are the occasional cool high 1st/low 2nd octaves at the ends of songs
Omg, this brings back when I was put in the alto section as a soprano because there were like 12 sopranos and 3 altos and at that point of time I had just started lessons and had no clue I was a soprano. The alto's always had the most monotonous parts
messing around backstage, pausing to do backing vocals, then continuing to mess around is the epitome of performing
