I'd love to see a grungy green eye look using the palette

Nomad's Hudson Valley (another fall release) is a palette that I WANT to look good on me, but I think Ghost Town is the one that WILL look on me. I think this will be my first Nomad purchase! I love the theme and the way the palette is laid out. The palette can also be split into 6 pans, or matte trios!
I'd love to see more looks from this palette! The themeing is SO cool and I really like the neutral/cool grunge leaning color story! This seems like something I could get use out of year round.

I live in the West too, and work in a museum, and do spend a fair bit of time in ghost towns...I was shocked at how good the colors story was - it's a great representation of the actual color palette of a real ghost town. They even have the burgundy added by the preservation people when they put burgundy tablecloths all over inside the better preserved buildings.
Living in AZ. So much fun traveling to different Ghost Towns & old mining towns. 1st with my parents, in-laws & my own family. ❤

I'm a native New Jerseyan who would visit my Mom's side of the family in California every other summer. We'd visit all sorts of interesting places during our 2+ month stays, and so I certainly developed a love for the Old Western vibe. Plus, I was a huge Spaghetti Western fan. Well, now that I both live in Arizona (21 years now), and know my biological parent's histories, including the fact that my bio father was full Indigenous American with half of his heritage being Comanche... I need this palette in my life!
Would love to see some deeper grungy looks using this palette. Especially a teal, copper, brown look with a hint of pale gold?

I love the theme of this palette & the layout....BUT, as soon as you compared it to the Oden's Eye palette (which I've been eyeing ever since it came out), I was like "ooohh, no...I like that better 😍". I've never tried Nomad before (other than a highlighter I got in Ipsy - love it!), I think I still want to try the fall palette from last year as my first purchase.

What a cool looking palette!
This palette is stunning! Those cooler tones are so flattering, and I’m also loving those grungy greens and grays. There’s a lot of variety, and the finishes of the metallic shadow are gorgeous. I’d love to see you do more looks with this!

I'm so excited for this launch! This is one of my favorite color stories this year. The shimmers look gorgeous. Their eyeshadows are easy to apply. Generally, they last a long time on top of an eye primer.
Love to see you out of your comfort zone again with the greens and blues. I can't get excited about the browns but a few of the greens and blues look very unique.

I love the silvery look you created. I'm glad to hear the shimmers in Ghost Town are not as dry as their usual formula. I own 7 Nomad palettes. Their matte formula is my favorite. Do you think the matte formula in Ghost Town is as good as Hudson Valley and Verona Love & Death?

It’s appealing but I’m probably going to have to wait for it to go on sale, assuming it doesn’t sell out. I have the Haunted Europe (fantastic!) and It’s a Mood. I’ve been wanting the Jewels and Gems but I’m on low buy. Now I’ll have to decide between the Oden’s Eye palette and this one from Nomad because I’m definitely craving those cool dusky greens and blues that I don’t really have elsewhere in my collection. Going to have to give this some serious thought…

The weirdest thing is that I found the packaging more compelling than the color story until you started swatching it... 😊 I'm not sure these grungier shades are the most flattering for me, but I do really enjoy the heck out of the joy you get from investigating new color stories and comparing to other releases.
I'd love to see more looks using this palette! I don't personally own anything from Nomad, but they do have some beautiful eyeshadow palettes. Wish I could justify buying this one! But alas, it's just not in my budget.

@johannaecheverrylopez2386 I don't have a lot in my eyeshadow collection. So I can't really doupe it myself. Lol. But I do have the Hocus Pocus palette. It has the same sort of grungy vibe to it. I suppose.
Very nice but…. I don’t feel it’s a need for me. Right now I’m only buying eyeshadow palettes I feel I “can’t live without”.
Love the colors I only own 2 Nomad ones and this is perfect I like the dark and more muted shades together 😊 I’m ready for Spooky 👻 season 🎃 tired of melting 😂

I love the mattes but personally I’m not feeling the foiled shadows. I think I just don’t like foiled eyeshadow. Not this many. Shame. It looks beautiful though.

Great video! Are any of the colors marked as not being safe for around the eye area? I’ve got sensitive eyes and have to be careful. Thanks for helping us shop wisely.
Not that I know of but if you have sensitivities then I recommend checking the ingredients list before using- better to be safe with those lovely eyeballs!
