    I think it's fascinating when you spoke of soft autumn's, your profile was right in between your two examples and you fit right in with them as a soft autumn. The image was harmonious, great examples!

    I thought I was a Soft Autumn for quite a while because my hair takes on warm tones in the summer, even though my skin and other features are mostly neutral. However, I eventually realized that cool tones suit me better, so I guess I’m actually a Soft Summer.
    Until today, I wasn’t entirely sure about this, but seeing you among the Soft Autumn examples really helped me. You seem to fit there perfectly! Interestingly, I initially thought you might be a Soft Summer because of your hair color, which looks rather cool-toned to me. It just goes to show that hair color might not be the most important feature after all! Thank you so much ☺

      Yes hair colour isn’t really something we focus on too much when analyzing! It’s a secondary factor. I can wear some soft summer colours but generally speaking they can feel just slightly off!
      So YES if you find the Soft summer colours look best on you, then follow that gut feeling 😉. My hair also has a lot of warmth in it, I have a lot of red naturally in my hair in the sun, just will always look different in current lighting (which is why it’s not a big factor in deciding our colouring) ☺️

    Me still not able to tell if I'm a light spring or a light summer. Starting to think I'm firmly between the two and all depends on if I've got a tan or not.
    Leaning towards a light spring cuz of coral/peach. One of my best colours to wear. and I do tend to reach for the slightly warmer light pinks and purples.

      Hi! It won’t matter at all on whether your overtone is tan or not, because both can be super tanned - all has to do with the undertones and how it reacts to colours
      However, both of those seasons are neutral so A LOT of people feel in between the two, but I promise you we are always predominantly one over the other ☺️. I find the makeup test helps a lot, wearing cool toned makeup over warm toned to see which looks most natural on you!

      @@myleneamelieLooking at the make-up recommendations and what colours were in a floral blazer that has my “I look amazing in this”. Confirmed Light Summer.
      I Only use the Light Spring type colours when I want a more edgy look without going into the winter/goth realm. 😂
      The peach that suits me is in the Light Summer category as well.

    Thank you! Think Im a bright spring, medium to high contrast..and warm hue..with cool undertone. Sooo Im on the warm er side and Im chroma well not muted so Im bright or clear. 🎉🎉🎉🎉 I have done it! The thing is í have no color on my eyebrows and eyelsahes and have dark hair and gray Blue eyes.

      Hi! Thanks for watching and I’m so glad it helped!
      All springs have warm undertones, so if you feel you have a cool undertone, perhaps you’re a summer?? A good test is to see whether warm or cool toned makeup looks best on you ☺️
      I too have blonde eyelashes and eyebrows naturally (without makeup) but I still consider myself medium contrast! Low contrast would be if your hair also was light and matched all the lightless in your facial features and high contrast would mean all the hair on your eyebrows/eyelashes and hair on your head are in completely different contrast to your skin colouring ☺️

    I wonder when a dark winter's hair and eyebrows go grey do they become a cool winter?

    • @myleneamelie
      @myleneamelie  15 днів тому +1

      They do not! They can still wear dark winter colours & could also pull off some Cool Winter colours. Generally, their eyelashes stay dark and that intensity is still there.
