Sorry, you have made a mistake here. The lower the pH, the more acidic it is and the higher the pH level, the more alkaline. you said the opposite. I know it was not intentional.

Now they are close to 4 months they are dropping one some times 2, i will try to get water PH. My question is this can small fish resist high water pH or does it mean that the water ph is not high ?

Yes high ph values means more ALKALINE. 7 IS NEUTRAL. ABOVE 7 IS ALKALINE AND BELOW IS ACIDIC

Water ph affects all fishes maybe u overstocked and when they were small they were ok and now they are getting bigger no space they are dying
My catfish is dying one by one please what do i do
