      Ahahaha it’s because of how cool the pepper grinder is, that i use it 😝 and yeess will try to, i really enjoy cooking!

    Is this your normal climbing gym? 1.5 hours away is crazy considering it’s a big part of your life! Are you considering moving closer, or is this just a one-off location to see friends, etc?

      Yeah it’s quite far… but i’m usually at this gym only 2x/week. Otherwise i’m in gyms around my place!

    Random cooking recommendation: put the zucchini and mushrooms in first, and when they are done, put the shrimp in, they need very little time to cook and not be hard.
    I love these types of videos!

    Do you take any supplements? If not, are there any very common among other climbers?

      It depends on how i feel and what my blood tests say when i have my medical check-ups! So maybe see if you can do one and check if you’re low on anything! Right now i take b12 and a supplement that has a bit of everything. Otherwise spiruline, magnesium and omega 3s are quite common to help with tiredness and muscle/ tendon recuperation and general body health :)

    hi sofya, je me demandais si vous pourriez aussi faire plus de vidéos en français :). Je me souviens que vous avez fait quelques-uns il ya quelque temps. J'apprends le français depuis environ un an maintenant, et je peux enfin comprendre certains contenus "natifs"- c'est très motivant. merci pour cette vidéo 🫡

      Je vais malheureusement faire tout en anglais mais il y aura parfois des commentaires par ci par là en français!

    I have a complete stupid question, but, it trully interest me.
    Do you realize sometimes "how strong" you're, compare to "normal people" ? I mean, in your daily life. Not to compare you, but, just realizing what your body is able to do (due to your hard work).

    Sofía, investing in a larger knife will improve your "miss en place" for cooking. A 6'" Santoko will do the job. It works great for me. I found the 8 or 10" to large for my cooking. Cheers.
