Is this your normal climbing gym? 1.5 hours away is crazy considering it’s a big part of your life! Are you considering moving closer, or is this just a one-off location to see friends, etc?
Random cooking recommendation: put the zucchini and mushrooms in first, and when they are done, put the shrimp in, they need very little time to cook and not be hard. I love these types of videos!
It depends on how i feel and what my blood tests say when i have my medical check-ups! So maybe see if you can do one and check if you’re low on anything! Right now i take b12 and a supplement that has a bit of everything. Otherwise spiruline, magnesium and omega 3s are quite common to help with tiredness and muscle/ tendon recuperation and general body health :)
I have a complete stupid question, but, it trully interest me. Do you realize sometimes "how strong" you're, compare to "normal people" ? I mean, in your daily life. Not to compare you, but, just realizing what your body is able to do (due to your hard work). Wish a lot of fun and success !!!! Hop suisse 😛
Sofía, investing in a larger knife will improve your "miss en place" for cooking. A 6'" Santoko will do the job. It works great for me. I found the 8 or 10" to large for my cooking. Cheers.
Took some time to finally post this video but filmed this last winter, also why I'm wearing long sleeves and pants ahaha
for not liking pepper that's quite a grinder u got there!

She said it's a Swiss team training facility.
Yeah it’s quite far… but i’m usually at this gym only 2x/week. Otherwise i’m in gyms around my place!
Really interesting and fun to see the kind of exercises that pros do, nice video.
ive always thought you have a slight australian twang and now i see youre spending time with Oceana, have you spent time in Aus?
Noo never been yet :((
For someone who doesn't like pepper, that's a pretty committing pepper shaker 😂
Is "shitty hold" official climbing language?
I guess?

WTF THAT PEPPER GRINDER CAN BE USED TO KILL PEOPLE
Ahhaha haven’t needed it yet in that way 😂
Do you take any supplements? If not, are there any very common among other climbers?

Swiss team training seems to pretty good considering Oceana made it to the Olympic finals!

I’ll have a look into it! But anything that cuts properly is usually fine for me 🥲
