This method is called another name precast panel. In this method using gulf countries. I working in this method. In India very less to precast factory. Mostly placed in sounth india ( bangalore, trippur, krishnagiri)
If you use the same panel for roofing, you can use this panel as load bearing wall (without columns and beams) for one floor
