This video describes:
GFRG panel made by Glass, Fibre and Gypsum. The construction material called GFRG panel practised from Australians, then china and now India also. In India the material were tested by BMTPC (Building Material and Technology promotion council) with the Help of IIT madras
Advantages of GFRG panel.
1. Low labour cost. (70 percentage of work were done by machines. Manufacturing process done by industrial machine and executing process were done by using earth work equipment like mobile crane. Of-course we need a labour but compare to normal RCC structure, the Labour cost is low)
2. Low material cost. (Because absence of brick in super structure, no plastering required when we using GFRG panel)
3.Speed construction. (Size of the panel is 3m x 12m x 125mm , Because of huge size the process were done quickly, GFRG panel construction method is faster than RCC brick work method. GFRG panel also called RAPID wall because of the speed)
4.No plaster required. (Because its contain smooth outer surface)
5.By Presence of Gypsum, the room temperature were decreased up-to 4 degree Celsius (The temperature difference not only because of gypsum, the panel contains porous. Normally when air pass through larger area to smaller area, the temperature will be fall down, because of pressure difference which is known as thermal insulation.)
6. By using GFRG panel we can construct wall, Roof slab, Floor slab and staircase.
7. Fire Resistance. (700-1000 degree Celsius up-to 140 min)
8. Earth Quake resistance.
9. Water proof material.
10. Cost of the panel is low.
11. Its a Eco friendly material.
Disadvantages of GFRG panel
1. Need more space to work because, only human cannot levitate a panel. With the help of Earth work equipment's Like Mobile crane we can lift the panel. With the help of crane only we can construct the structure. Crane need a movable work space in construction site.
2. Also space need for Material stocking. The panel size is (3m x 12m x 125mm ), Because of huge size, stocking area should be larger.
3. Special instruments need to cut and join a panel. (For Door open, Window Open, Loft joining)
4. Cutting process need skilled labours.
5. There is not huge cost difference compared to RCC structure. But there is a difference,
6. Manufacturing pants are very low. So exportation cost increases.

I have heared about this technology longtime ago, but ur video gives us a detailed explanation abt pros nd cons so people tries this new technology will get a different view. The house that we are gng to live for generations should be strong, cost effective and safety👌 instead of spending more money to build in usual traditional concrete nd bricks this method will save money, excess money you can spend in interior and for other purposes. Important thing we lack here is, there are only 6 manufacturers all over India. I hope we can get contacts of these manufacturers thro Google. Better bro, try to put another video in regards to - how to contact them and get these panels ordered will be more useful. Coz, many are not educated and there are chances to get cheated. Namma Makkauluku naama thaana solli tharanum. Avanga nastapadama paathukanum. I think it's ur responsibility. I hope you understand.

Bro we can't construct 600 sq feet GFRG pannel house at 6 lakhs it will take around 10.5 lackhs , but other things you told was very informative for the public regarding the pros and cons and it's very eco friendly. But costs it will not stop at 6 lackh. It will be approximately be 10.5 lakhs.
