If you really read the comments I wanted to say Im a maintenance man. Because of you I was able to fixed a ceiling fan , dishwasher hose, garbage disposal and a dryer today for the first time. You are a wonderful teacher. I just wanted to thank you. You would have been proud.
Hey, congrats. It's a great feeling and the adrenaline rush of fixing something that's broken is one that is earned and you got it. Keep up the good work Jamal 😀
Great video as always. I learn so much from these videos and I really appreciate you taking the time during your work day to do so. Love the videos, keep them coming!
Hi just found your channel its very good I also am a maintenance man for a charity here in England I am picking up some good tips keep up the good work 👏 I always try to fix before replace
How does that ryobi brad nailer work for you? I got the ryobi brad nailer and finish nailer. I used the brad nailer a couple weeks ago on a bedroom door that was falling apart and it didnt always shoot a brad out and it didnt sit flush. I had the green boot off and had the setting with the pic of the brad sunk in all the way and pressure up and it still sat out kinda far...idk...
Really enjoy your content. Been managing apartments for a long time. To paraphrase my director of maintenance, Rental agents don’t rent apartments, good maintenance techs do.
People give you shit for not wearing gloves? Sorry man the only thing latex gloves do is inhibit the use of hand tools. I can't stand using them. On toilet flanges yes, and other rare occasions. Other than that I like getting my hands dirty. Some people Dave wanna be hand models.
I love your content I recently started my maintenance career a year ago. I’ve been liking it so far if it’s possible, can you do a UA-cam video based on all the tools you use at your job keep it up man stay positive and I wish you a Feliz Navidad and happy new year God bless you.

Does cleaning out all the lint in a dryer help? If the dryer is not drying right, is that the easiest and cheapest thing to try first?

It’s OK. If I was a carpenter or did a lot of baseboard and finish I would pay up for something more reliable. Nails misfire alot
