GEE thanks for the steamer tip. Done lots of these with a hair dryer. The ONLY thing I would have done differently. I would have "lite" plugged in the new fan to make sure it works before the full install. Ran into too many that are "new" but bad. Good luck.
@@ApartmentMaintenancePro Yes sir! My property in SC sold back in March & I switched companies & now I have a brand new lease up property in NC. So between moving, dealing with construction, warranty issues, being by myself for the last 7 months I haven't had any time to record anything plus I don't have alot of repairs to film when dealing with warranty items. I still have a handful of videos I need to edit from my old property. Other than that all good here. Hope all is good with you as well. 🛠️👍

Wouldn't frozen evap coils also lead you to faulty defrost components allowing frost ice buildup
