With the tub faucets, usually we just end up replacing the fixture. Its probably the washer getting worn out, but sometimes its just easier to put a new one to remove the issue. The water leaking out of the back of the showerhead though, definitely a new washer usually solves that issue.
The flame on the water heater looks yellow in the beginning because u bothered the dust its going to get clear. One more thing with the kitchen sink and the ac drain, don t think you need a loop on the ac drain because the sink has the trap for the odors. Have learned a lot from you keep up with good stuff
For the spout, you can put silicone plumbing grease on the side of the rubber gasket inside that faces the plastic stopper and it will slide and seal better. You have to spread the white snap that holds the pull pin to get it out. And scrape the build up inside the spout
Keep killin it! They just hooked me up with an Amazon business account and I'm ordering supplies for 2 smaller buildings about 150 units between the 2. Also installed a new Kohler toilet at home but man, the tank was tough to attach with such short bolts.
7:34 with this particular work order, it may be code for a person in a wheelchair needs to have a door with anchors in it, so that the person in the wheelchair can’t get trapped by getting stuck on a door with no give to it.
I generally think the pay usually equals the skill set but should be paid more just because of on/call emergencies - like a minimum $200 per week on call not counting the actual hours worked and over time
The amount of knowledge you have is really impressive!

Ya I just teflon the crap out of it and it stopped it
For the door hinges, I use those plastic wall anchors which works fabulously. :)
Thanks Richard!
