Thanks a lot for the kind words. I do Cloak and dagger with steal on this build followed by tactical strike and weapon swap for hydromancy sigil sometimes shortbow 2 after that. There is a rage sigil on dagger so that the cloak gives 3s of quickness and the #1 is very fast because of it. He actually went down from Cloak and dagger with steal + tactical strike. The hydromancy swap went into his invulnerable down state. It’s fast you can’t blink!
