I helped run his world of warcraft guild for a couple years. He played from Vanilla-Burning Crusade and mostly quit after that cause of some weird drama. Yes he plays games.

Id actually rather not really go into detail. A officer lied for years he played and used the status to make some insane top 1% progression and pretended to be JD long after he quit and spilt personal infos about Jon.

I don't lol. It was just a strange mix of people joining only because of him and serious raiding guilds wanting to help him out therefore carrying the whole guild. JD met female fans who were part of the guild and made his own decisions. But it's odd how even on a game people can get fame/power hungry and LIE about so much shit. He was maybe a part of it for a year and a half or 2 and then we lied about him being there for 3 years after the fact. His kid still played though and our long running officer was a cousin of his.
I think it's awesome that Jonathan is so candid about his personal life and show off some of his favorite games. That's absolutely awesome. Shows a healthy outlet for folks. I may not be KoRn's biggest fan, but I will absolutely give him props for this and being a positive influence in the gaming regard.

I got into KoRn when I was 15 yrs old. Today as a 44 yr old man, videos like this are delightful to see. We’re all plagued by the torment of boredom and darkness, but we’re still all just kids inside. 🌽
That idea to play with his kids even when he is away, is just great.
I used to play a lot of games with my dad, and since he speaks no English, it's hilarious. He is great at RTS games until he has to do something other than troops and war.
Now I live somewhere else. Online games seem like a good way to spend time even from afar. It's a good idea indeed.

Love how he plays kid games. They're a nice switch up from all the violent games that dominate the market. Not every game has to be like GTA or Doom to be good/fun. That being said I enjoy both kinds of games. But kid games really let you relax.

Video games are an escape because you get live in a different world, and some games allow you to create your own, or at least have influence in one. I view them the same way I view music, if it’s not a guitar, or drum sticks in my hands, it’s most definitely a gaming controller.
