MITRE's Pacer Pit Crew Aids F1 Travelers to Las Vegas Grand Prix

When Formula 1 came to Las Vegas in November, our Pacer app helped make the skies a little friendlier for the F1 drivers, VIPs, owners, and other spectators traveling in private planes.
Because general aviation (GA) private aircraft don't have the same oversight that commercial air traffic has, a solution was needed to help avoid extreme delays into an out of the city. Pacer enabled GA pilots to share departure information to airports hours or days in advance, helping the airports, pilots, and travelers to better manage their plans and expectations. #aviation
