EVERY time you post up a new house, we(the wife and i) think it's the best one! But this one is the mutts nuts! Considering the floor space, layout, area, lot size and cost.... I'm gonna say that you won't be able to top this!

I actually just purchased this floor plan in May. It was only 1 lot left that could accommodate this house after I locked down mine. They sold quickly so I was extremely happy. I had NO idea you toured this house and I watch all your videos. Had I known I would’ve contacted you. You’re amazing and I will definitely send my friends your way in the future!!!

NICE HOUSE
The monthly fees for this were higher than we expected. Didn't realise house tax and home insurance were so expensive in Florida. Wouldn't stop me. But about $1000 a month just on those two fees?! Unless I have my maths wrong.
It cost about over $600 per month for tax and over $100 per month for home insurance and over $100 for HOA. So $1000 a month actually is a right number to me
No State Income Tax in Florida....

Hi Marva! Unfortunately they are no longer building this in this community. And they are not building it in their other local communities either. It takes a wider/larger lot for this home so options are few. However, they do have other great floorplans that might work! Let me know if you are looking and I can give you some great options!

Marva Mcintosh No, there had been discussion about trying to bring that floorplan over to Hawksmoor because it was so popular. They would not have the Tuscan elevation and to my knowledge they have decided not to include it at that community at all. It was never part of the original plan anyway, but because it was so popular they had at least discussed it. But no. Unfortunately.

Oscar Freitas Jr the rating of the schools right next to this development are 9/10
There are a couple of sites you can go to in order to get more information about the schools here, however as far as Florida schools go Winter Garden is great and has mostly all "A" rated schools. This community is zoned Sunridge Elementary and Sunridge Middle

No catch! That's about the going rate in this area of the country. I have many buyers that move down from other parts of the country who are AMAZED at how much house you can get here. Of course, adding in options can add to the price.. but I can help you with that if you call me at 407-848-8042! :)
If you don't mind 9' ceiling height on both story it is a nice floorplan.
