Start price 649k but shown 1.2 mill & so many things are standard I’m not understanding the 650k worth of upgrades except the pool, flooring and some wall tiles? Can you tell Amy what is adding up so much with this one. & is the floor plan still available to build? Thank you
Hi Leslie! This floor plan is still available to build! Call me if you would like more information! As for the upgrades, this video was shot a few years ago, so I don't recall the exact specifics, but just looking at it, you can see that they have added a LOT of square footage to the base plan. There is HUGE addition above the garage, PLUS a third garage bay with a balcony as well. Those structural options could have added six figures to the base price. Then, I always recommend that people add about 25% to the cost of a large luxury home for options and upgrades... and in a model home, that can sometimes be as much as 40-50%. So if we got to $800k on the structural and then put 50% more in upgrades we get up to $1.2 million. It's a good reminder of how much more money you can spend if you want to "bling" out a home! :)

Yes, this particular floor plan that we toured has five baths... but the standard is 4/4 so that is how we listed it in the graphics. But I LOVE the bonus room with the extra bath so I'd definitely want all the extras! :)
Its nice but neither monster have a bath, should of had at least one garden tub
