Winter Park has a Whole Foods as well, pretty darn close to TJ's. I think you are missing out of one huge factor, Lake Life. Windermere, WP & Belle Isle all have access to a very large chain of lakes. Lake Access brings a whole different world of enjoyment to Orlando. Belle Isle is also close to downtown and the airport. It has great Belle Isle events: Xmas Boat parade over 3 nights, large city xmas party. Only downside is that there is no place really to drive the many golfcarts people have to easily accesible dining and shopping places.
@@xXsEoUlMaNXx those are great points! I think we talk about lake life and the Chain of Lakes in another video-Florida lake life is something that I had no idea about before living here!! It’s SO active and beautiful!! (Love the boat parade). Maybe we should do a whole video on the Lakes and what they bring to the area!! Thank you!
If you like wall to wall people, crime and bumper to bumper traffic, then Orlando is the place for you. For me, I'm lovin' life here in Cocoa Beach. ⛱️ 🏝 🚤 🏄♂️ 🌊 😎
@@elizabethcollazo5136 there are definitely rentals available, and we can help with that as well-it was a struggle for us to get responses from those when we first moved down. There is a demand for rentals so it can be tricky. Give us a call, we could give you a better answer once we know size/bedrooms/budget you need. When you’d like to chat 407-608-9169 😊
So top 10 neighborhoods in Orlando, and the only neighborhood in Orlando is Dr. Phillips? So basically nothing anywhere in central Orlando other than Winter Park? No Baldwin Park, SoDo, College Park, Thornton Park or anything “city”? Basically just new development pushed by developers onto agents like you? You also spelled Clermont wrong.
Thank you very much. An educating myself about Orlando. Lives in NYC and intend to buy a second home after 30 years up here.

Hello! Do you have rental properties on those areas? Specifically, apartments 1-2 bedrooms.

claremont also has alot of hills, for people who say that fla is to flat
@@star_platinum2821 very true! Clermont is known for its “rolling hills” and views.!
Go Delaney and Cherokee Park! Lake Davis! Those are REAL Orlando. Not much for Orlando listed in this video.
Speaking as a Canadian, it will be a cold day in hell before the US ever sees another sent from me.
Apparently we are at war now!

@@bobhovanes4450 oh we love other parts of central Orlando as well!! Sounds like a great future video!!
The housing mkt is COMPLETELY imploding in FL & TX....do NOT buy, enjoy the luxury of renting. Do NOT buy, you'll thank me later.
Not very diverse.
