Meditate on the name of the lord that is the only wat to unlock this oneness and remember this cannot be bought you will have to take time out of your day to do this but if u don’t get time meditate whilst you work remember rise in the early morning at around 3am and have a bath and sit down close your eyes and meditate on naam the naam is waheguru u can also search online for naam simran to help u at first be free and remember ur not separated u are the one but there is no u or me there is only god think of it as waves(people) in the ocean(god) which think they are different from the ocean but they are not just like that there are many different people of shape Color skin gender but they are all in god and it is god I hope this helps you

I was raised christian but I've been struggling with this whole God thing for 5 years now. This brings me more clarity. I need to listen to all the 4 parts.
Sikhism is one of the best religion, it gives you so much of peace when you understand the true meaning of God (Waheguru), you can also see other Sikh channel like "Basics of Sikhi"🙏
Sunshine, there is no "best religion", I grew up in a Sikh family and I am still angry at how they taught me Sikhism wrong. Sri M does some amazing talks as well, the bottom line is that all traditions are teaching us the same thing but religion has turned these teachings into something punitive and ritualistic that focuses on the external instead of turning inwards. I'm sorry you've been struggling - god is a particularly painful ex and I hope you find your way back home - however you choose to. Remember that you don't have to do this by adopting another religion, adopt the teachings that resonate with you regardless of the wisdom traditions they originate from and remember that the most important thing is to experience the stillness.

With a protestant mother's family,Catholic fathers,ive looked into Buddhism and Vedanta ,I've found that without the influence of the organisations and institutions that they are all about the same thing,this is the start of my journey into Sikhism, ive also read the Tao Te Ching a few times. I made the windows for Guru Nanak Sikh temple in Swansea about 20yrs ago, they were lovely people.

This guru stuff is good. It’s like the science behind what we are (in Christ). Yeah, a lot of people don’t understand when they say that “Christ is in you” they think of it like being a small part inside of you, but it’s all of your being the word became flesh. The Word was God and is God and walked among us, and nothing that has been made it was made without.

Satpal's perspective of reality and life pretty much aligns with mine, although, I am born Hindu, I'm not religious, nor do I follow any dogmatic and ritualistic duties. I don't like to label myself or be put into a group.
Religion has never resonated with me, it's all dogma and based on fear to control people. I respect everyone's right to follow what religion they choose, but I don't like people imposing their beliefs and reality on others. Religion suppresses unique individuality, everyone thinks and believes the same. I intuitively feel/know there’s One Higher / Infinite Consciousness, what we call being a Sikh, Muslim, Christian, Jew, Hindu etc.. are all experiences and not our true identity. There's two levels of us: (1) the ego (2) our Higher / Infinite selves. The ego is the physical level of me i.e. my name, job, etc..the Higher Self is the observer who has no form, timeless, spaceless, nameless etc...
My definition of God is: Everything is made of vibrating energy. The difference between solid and not is the speed at which it vibrates. We actually live in a frequency range - the ones our five senses can access - not a world. We've been manipulated into believing our tiny frequency range is all there is. Look at cats, they react to what we see as empty space and dogs hear different sound frequencies. Take all the energy that exists and that is my God. Not someone sitting on a throne handing out heaven and hell.
Exactly! Love how you used "observer" too. One quick question tho. Do you agree that the physical vessel (from which ego arises), the observer (a.k.a. "Soul"), and God (the source from which all things come into being) all exist together as one?

The existence of One Infinite Consciousness (Brahman) is the only Truth, everything else is the imagination (Maya) that One Infinite Consciousness creates for itself...made manifest (into form).

"The ‘I’, in the form of Infinite Consciousness, doesn’t ‘incarnate’ into a ‘physical body’ and nor do we actually ‘leave’ the body at death, although that analogy is fine to use symbolically. When you are sitting at a computer and you log onto the Internet ‘you’, the person at the keyboard, don’t go anywhere. The virtual-reality universe can be so compelling, however, that Consciousness becomes mesmerised and bewildered into believing it is inside the game. This transfers attention to the five senses alone and people become trapped in mind and body reality. When the body ‘dies’, the lens ceases to function and Consciousness starts to remember what the lens had caused them to forget. What we call ‘death’ is simply ceasing to look through the lens. ‘Death’ is putting your telescope down."
I feel like i see what other people don't but can't explain it the correct way z i mean no harm or want to feel especial. But i can help a person heal. And it's God who does the healing using me.

On a serious note....I do feel that there is a GOD. For reasoning to be something i experienced. I was not on drugs or anything mind ultering. So here is my story. I had done something that was against what I thought to be right. So i was kneeling by my bed paying for forgiveness that I will never do that again n that i was sorry please forgive. I opened my eyes and there was a huge rainbow pouring in from my dark alley tall window. Coming in to me where i was kneeling. So bright that I put my hand out to touch what I knew I couldnt feel but that it was just really there. You n
remember what the rainbow ment in the bible with Noah and the flood. It was a promise to man that it would never happen again..the flood anyway. So something not myself was saying I hear you.

Hi Satpal Guru, you are so good in explaining things. Please you have to write books for kids. Our Children in school are going into so much anxiety there is so much competition of winning and to be number one. Teaching of oneness will help them we are not in competition but to better ourselves.

Christ came to share unity. That we are all sons of the most high. Christianity should be teaching all is in Christ but don’t all know it yet. Getting it brings love for the law of LOVE. I know because Christ reveals himself in us but we don’t recognize him until the father reveals him. The father is seen as evil by many of us but when we see him as he is we see only God is good. You are ALL gods, sons of the most high! In the creation story God said, “IT IS VERY GOOD.” We shall ALL see the Christ in us. What matters here and NOW is coming to understand how to love GOD with ALL our being and love our neighbor as ourselves. Be good to those who persecute you, bless those who curse you, rejoice when your neighbor has more than you do, make sandwiches for the homeless, send DoorDash to someone in need, etc, etc, love, etc. Loving creation as yourself will come naturally when Christ is realized.

I don't know for certain what's going on. But here's my idea.
When one dreams, it can be said that the one who is dreaming is "in" the dream and that the dream is in the one who is dreaming. It can also be said that the one dreaming is the dream itself.
The most natural question that I can think of from my idea is to ask, then what about the other people and animals in my dream? How do they fit in? And if you were able to ask them who they are or where they are from, what kind of answer(s) do you think you'd hear?
Extrapolate that to what we call reality.
Listen to Ishwar Puri also as he clarifies that we are dreaming in a dream,this life we are living right now itself is an illusion(dream) as per his videos

You say that there is no such thing as "you" and "me" because we are the same thing, the only thing there is. Then you proceed to say that "you are God". In order for this to be logically consistent, then you must concede that there is no such thing as God.
