I grew up skating with Chris Fissel who invented the pressure flip so we were doing switch back then 92,93.and that’s when tricks where coming out of Portland,Oregon and going down to California.it was different times but I’m proud to be apart of skate history.

I remember growing up in San Diego in the mid 80's and going to Mission Beach. A local freestyle legend named Primo used to skate in front of Hamel's Skates all the time with his girlfriend and they'd both do the longest, gnarliest primoslides on the sandy boardwalk. No one in the skate community ever mentions Primo any more.

Awesome times! And by the way, I remember seeing him doing the slides at an incredible angle, the board was not straight (in line to the direction of travel), Primo had the board around 45 degrees of more "sideways". Also pretty cool to see Revive still going strong. We never had a behind the scenes look into everything about a skate company back in the day. Wish you guys well. I mean, I'm sure I'd have loved skating really ! Maybe you already did that in one of your videos, maybe it's to much work. But I would like to see a cut of videos like this where you repeat "all" flips into the bank and than "all" slides and "all" flips out of the bank. And of course at the end the final trick. I think this would look really cool
What's it called when you do a darkslide with the board just facing forwards, instead of at 90 degrees ; 8:46 ?? It would be funky if you'd do that on purpose and maybe semi-casper flip out? Crazy probably, but some of those bails really just make you think.

Primo slides are very old. they used to go super fast and jump into a primo slide on flat and slide for days.
