SALSA MATCHA/FOR RED POZOLE/CHILI OIL/EXTRA SPICY/FOR SOUPS & STEWS

Hey Everyone! I know how much you all love my salsa recipes so here's another one for you! This Chili Oil type salsa is extra hot and extra delicious. I find that this type of salsa is amazing in Soups and Stews. I like to add a lil bit of the pepper mix and then drizzle a bit of the oil over top too... YUM!!! Hope you all enjoy!!!
Ingredients:
*Approx 40-50 Chili de Arbol
*1 cp of Olive Oil or more if needed
*1 garlic clove
*Salt to taste
