THESE EXERCISES SAVED ME! I got Bell’s palsy about 3 months ago at 19 years old which was the scariest moment of my life! My mom thought I was having a stoke but the doctors said it was Bells Palsy. I was scared, panicking, and thought my face would stay that way forever. I got prescribed my medicine and took my B12 vitamins consistently along with doing these Bell’s palsy facial exercise videos EVERY DAY at every moment I could!!!! When I woke up, in my free time, and at night. I healed from Bells Palsy in about 2 weeks. It is scary but you have to have HOPE!!! I thought I was going to stay that way forever which stressed me out and caused a lot of anxiety, but I’m here to tell you that you won’t stay that way forever and do these exercises as much as you can! I hope this helps at least one person❤️

I have just come here to thank you 🙏 for all your information you load here, I was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy on 13 September 2023, that was the darkest day of my life, because I had no idea of the sickness but all I learnt it from you how to do facial exercises and I got treatment from genuine doctors and now and 100% ok I got my smile again and I can perform all the facial expressions. I was diagnosed with bells on 10th august, luckily my brother is a doctor and on the first day i told him of my symptoms and he told me go hospital right away. I was on prednisone for 10 days in tapering doses.
I started doing these exercise on the second day (11th august) twice a day. Once in the morning and once before going to sleep. Trust me they help a lot. I am now fully recovered in 3 weeks.

On 3rd week I've got 90% of a stable recovery. My goal is totally get rid out of the s..t. If you will be hardworking, you will fully recover. May God bless you, Dear Doctor!!!
PS My advice, continue exercising the next 2-3 months, even if you feel fully recovered. Very important thing: TO REGROW NERVES NEED 2 WEEKS, SO DON'T WORRY, SIMPLY CONTINUE EXERCISING AND THE RESULT WILL COME. GOD BLESS YOU, GUYS!!!!! EVERYTHING WILL BE OK!

    Hello,
I woke up Monday with numbness to my left aide of my face. I went immediately to the hospital where I was diagnosed. I am on prednisone 3 tablets in the morning with breakfast, an antivirale, eyedrops, and Tylenol. I am having pain in my ear, and jawline. I started a hot pack today, along with b12, immune boost gummies, orange juice in the morning, and ginger tea in the afternoon. I snack on fruits, and eat dinner with lots of protein. The main thing is too build your immune system up. The exercises are also helping I do them twice a day, I on day 3, no progress yet but Im determined. At night I sleep with a sleep mask. It seems to help a lot. Resting is also essential. For whatever reason I am on this journey Im trusting God🙏🏽 Gn, Prayers for everyone on this channel. We are in this together ❤

Diagnosed September 21st and started these exercises about the fourth day. Got put on the steroids on the 6th day. Also, taking vitamin b12 and b complex natural vitamins. I had complete paralysis the entire first week to week in a half with not much improvement passed the first few days. After that rapid improvement came quickly. Towards the end of week three now and my face is about 90-95% healed. Left side is still slightly weaker but totally unrecognizable. I can finally whistle again as of yesterday. Today is October 8th. These exercises where a big help and gives you confidence that you’re actually able to do something and be active about this condition.

The first instructional video I found taught to do 30-60 repetitions of these facial movements, which caused me pain and a headache. I feel so much more confident with this practice. Check out her other instructional videos for bell palsy. (facial taping gave me relief). I pray God gives you all full recovery from paralysis. I encourage you to speak positive affirmations about your nerves working properly and all facial movements working symmetrically.

Hey bro, how was your recovery overall? I’m currently on day 8 and still can’t close my eye completely. Trying not to stress
