Here are a couple ideas why the simple choker effect isn't working: - If you're applying the effect to an adjustment layer, make sure the adjustment layer is above all layers that you want to affect in the timeline. - Make sure the little "fx" toggle next to the effect and on the layer that the effect is on are both on (visible).
