Really, really nice. Just an FYI, the ladder wheels are simply for rolling into place. It actually hangs off attachment points under canopy line, kind of like Mirage 2000. Had a similar situation on a landing light on a terrible Su-27 kit I just completed. I roto-ground out the lens area, put a dollop from a chrome pen, and after drying, topped off with Micro Kristal Klear. Made a nice light after all dry. Once again kudos on that camo execution and snipping all the 3D parts...that's making me the most nervous. I'm gonna go ahead and build my 1/32 F-105D with most of the aftermarket...and THEN will take a deep breath and ..."maybe" get to the Viggen. It's so imposing to me with all that prep work for all the parts, even though the instructions look amazing.
Yes the worst part is the clean up of the cast parts. So hard to get them cut off the blocks and sanded to the right places. The 3D printed parts were not bad.
Well done Richie, fantastic job and it looks amazing. Thanks for sharing the builds videos and all your hints and tips gratefully appreciated. Not sure I will tackle something that difficult but really enjoyed watching your skills at work. Can’t wait to see what’s next 👍 Have a great Christmas 🎄
@@RWHobbies not another 109… lol everyone does the 109’s… lol 😂 Have you got any kitty hawk kits out of interest .. I have 3 but to scared to build them!
Hey Richie, really enjoyed the build despite the kits short comings. So much so, I have gone out and purchased the Special Hobby kit in 1/48 scale. Hopefully it's a bit easier to build.
Beautiful build. that model represents the real version quite well as an absolute unit on the shelf aswell as in the air. the sound from one of these is beyond compare, although.. I actually expected more from the kit in terms of fitment and quality from the pieces compared to the price and rarity of the kit. seems like there was a huge amount of work just to get them to fit properly
Fantastic work. Great Viggen 😎👌
Thanks for following along
Wow Richie what a result - looks absolutely fantastic you should be so proud of your work🎉
Thanks. Yes it turned out good and all the work which went into it makes it even more satisfying.
@@RWHobbies i checked this out on the other channel 🎉

Thanks buddy. It was definitely one of my most challenging builds ever.

Oh… I have that kit too. Aero masks for the mask set… cheaper than Maestro and come with instructions.
eyes catching

Thanks. Yes it was a lot of sanding and filling for the cast parts. The 3d printed parts fit quite well.
...вполне-сибе симпатично получается..
