    For my taste her tremolo is beyond perfect on par with the great David Russell , and. A few others....also such a clear teacher.

    Out of all the UA-cam Guitarists... Gohar has the most amazing expression in her music. Blows everyone out of the water. It's so beautiful. So talented, thanks for the lessons!

    Master Gohar, what a great food for our guitarist souls !!! Thank You. I knew "Recuerdos de la Alhambra" and "Una limosna por amor de Dios", as You said, but tremolo has always touched a special fiber in me. Greetings from Chile.

    You're incredible!! :) Regards from Argentina and thanks for this lessons. There are so many good composers and good pieces on your repertoire, I have a whole list of music that I discover from you that I wanna go into now :). I have Sagrera's method but I never go deep into it. I think I will do it someday soon. I'd like to ask what was your experience on Giuliani and Aguado's methods if you have read them. I hear that Aguado is have studied a lot the digitation of the left hand and Giuliani is good for the right hand. I have all of them in fact, Sor, Carcassi, Carlevaro, Carulli, Villa-Lobos, Brower, Molino, Arenas, etc. I start classical guitar about 2 years and a half now but they tell me this books were old fashion, that I have to learn by playing pieces. Then I start watching David Russell's (the reason for me to get into Classical guitar) interviews and understood the importance of the technique study and what I really like to study, I really feel passion for technique study, is when I really connect me with the instrument, and in the morning even better. I read his book too, is really good and find a lot of inpiration on it. Sorry for bad english and the long commentary :)
    Matías.

    In my second year of Guitar school, I applied for scholarship to another University and the professor stated that I needed to get into the Sagreras studies to improve my rest stroke. I have been using the Sagreras studies since then for my students and combine them with other various parts of the Tarrega/Pujol school and Sor Studies by Segovia. I of course look for younger performer/masters to enhance my instruction and pedagogical ideology. Thanks for all of your instruction. It is very valuable for all players and students and teachers of Classical Guitar. thank again Gohar!

    I try this, but i can't keep it steady and consequent. And my righthand gets tired after a few minutes (cramps) What go I do wrong? I try slowly but I can't build up speed very much and keep it clean. I don't think I use the wrong technique.... Very difficult to not hit the wrong strings while playing. How long does it take to learn this somehow on average?

  • @jeetray11

    on 15th measure you start with a D# (4th string 1st fret) but the notation has B on 5th string. Can you please tell me which will be the correct note? both sounds nice.

    Hi gohar, your instructions are helping me a lot. I'm trying to build up my speed on tremolo. I'm trying all the alternative arrangements, not just pami trying to figure out which one best suits me. Is that the way to go or is pami always will be the most effective for most guitarists? Thanks again for the videos.

    • @GoharVardanyan
      @GoharVardanyan  Рік тому

      Most people find that pami is the best most efficient way, there are some who play with pimi or pmim only. I use the different combinations for practice only, the final version for me is pami

    • @GoharVardanyan
      @GoharVardanyan  4 роки тому

      You don’t have to use pimi, the Etude is a tremolo Etude, and traditionally tremolo is played with pima... however, you can play it with whatever fingers you want, as long as it’s even and fluent.

    • @GoharVardanyan
      @GoharVardanyan  7 років тому +4

      It depends, I don't use it in classical pieces, because I don't feel like the slower bass and the faster tremolo fits the music all the time. But I have used it in Flamenco.

    I don’t understand the work you have to put into this style of music yields almost no reward. By the time you get down the fundamentals your time is up. For information that should cost maybe $2k colleges will put you in debt for a guitar tutor or teaching position that is mostly a part time job.
