This project will focus on the stories of 15 female bartenders in relation to Woodford Reserve's brand theme of "women's success".

    Kyoka Ogawa / hay-ball
    【Ingredients】
    ・Woodford Reserve 30ml
    ・A pinch of Timur Pepper
    ・Elderflower cordial 10ml
    ・Grapefruit juice 10ml
    ・Lemon juice 1tsp
    ・Cardamom bitters 4drops
    ・Soda as needed
    ・Basil (garnish)
    ・Hay (garnish)
    【How to make】
    1.Put Woodford Reserve and Timur Pepper in a shaker and maddle with a pestle to aromatize.
    2.Add elderflower cordial, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and cardamom bitters and shake.
    3.Double strain into a glass, pour soda and stir gently.
    4.Garnish with basil in the glass and hay around it.

    What a fantastic looking drink, and another fascinating story of someone going from one profession (in this case, ballet) to bartending, and integrating that experience into the craft. This series has been so inspiring in terms of seeing all these wonderful people following their passions no matter what they were doing otherwise.
