Fantastic for working on yourself for months brother. Live goes up and down but as long as you don't quit, the general trend climbs upwards. I was just discussing how detrimental time off from our good behaviours is with a student yesterday. 2 days of binge eating outdoes 1-2 weeks of dieting, insane.

Your 100% correct, when i got a lot of instant gratification i had so many arguments and shoutings at my family, but now i rarely shout and get into an argument, it feels better when im clean. im a lot more calmer and friendly.

i just read that dopamine actually can increase testosterone, and vice versa. There is a bidirectional influence between the two. Interesting stuff! So, if you want to raise you testosterone, keep doing things that increase dopamine and motivate you... basically having goals and pursuing them increases test and dopamine or at least it appears that that may be the case from studies online. Apparently there may also be a link between serotonin and testosterone.
