I almost commit suicide last summer and used to have 10 on depression and 17 on anxiety a few months ago, I started watching hamza and through exercise, meditation, and dieting, I’ve lowered those scores to 6 and 3. I’m not yet there and I’ve got much to learn, but I am positive that anyone reading this can make the progress I’ve made and more, we are all gonna make it, just follow through.
I think this will be the last Hamza vid I watch. He has helped me so much, and it seems as though I have reached a point where I am ready to start a dopamine detox. Goodbye, and thank you.
@@countguap6460 ik 😂 , see i really was feeling like absolute shit ... I started watching hamza about a year ago since then I started working out and taking care of myself ...
Alright, let me start gratitude journaling. I am grateful for Hamza, for giving me the information I need to improve myself. I've been feeling depressed and anxious over the past few years. I hated my body, I was unconfident around other people, I was the depressed "I'm just tired bro" guy who everyone knew had massive problems. I felt unfulfilled, I wasted my my time a lot and I was doing nothing about my mental health. I found Hamza 4 months ago. While I'm not Adonis yet, my life has gotten 10x better thanks to the knowledge that he has given me, and the effort that I have put in myself. Thank you Hamza.
Depression score: 3 and Anxiety score :1. I remember taking the test last year and it was around 7 and 9. Have been following Hamza's advice for an year and I'm really grateful.
It sounds crazy but it works. It took me a year to start seeing significant results, but it really only took me 2 weeks of good habits to ingrain the one belief that made it possible - having a growth mindset.
For me it was a month man , I don’t really do tracking tbh but I’m happy ab my job , being able to go home accomplished and then being able to workout , I feel proud of myself more then ever and more to come 💪🏻
Scored 7 in depression and 4 in axniety out of 21. Working out, managing my finance and focusing on my self and those around me have helped me escape depression. We often forget to value the little things till we lose them... do the hard work, especially when you dont feel like it!
When this video dropped my depression score was 16 and my anxiety score was 9, but today I retook the test and my depression score was 2 and my anxiety score was 3, and if anything my answers that gave me any score were results of my drive to improve and achieve. Between journaling, meditation, reading, working out, NoFap and laying off technology and video games, my mental + physical health and life and relationships have improved so much, and it's really all thanks to Hamza, you started me on this path. Thank you.
I scored 21 in depression and 16 in anxiety, but at this moment im honestly really happy, i turned off the notifications for your channel, since i realized i was watching pretty much all of your videos but was doing absolutely nothing, and the things i was doing i didn't really do them consistently. So lately i've installed a habit tracker called loop, it's pretty simple, and instead of trying to change everything in one day, i decided to just add 3 habits. Meditation, No Fap, and reading. I've been pretty demotivated to exercise lately, and i know you should exercise even when you feel demotivated, but, i couldn't do it, and then i'd just feel guilt, and when the guilt came i'd also relapse on everything else. So as of now i'll try to do something easier, perhaps just a few pushups everyday, just to get the habit of exercising daily, and i know that if i compromise to this i'll eventually be able to do the full workouts everyday. Thanks Hamza, i think this is one of the most helpful videos you've made.
This concept of doing the bare minimum of success literally changed my life. I got rid of the 'all or nothing mentality' and it made all the difference. I can't stress how helpful this advice of yours has been brother!
YES! As soon as I started tracking my habits, my productivity skyrocket. A few months ago I discovered this channel but I was never able to consistently meditate and gratitude journal. I would do it every few days. But as soon as I downloaded a habit tracker and went in with the growth mindset(count every little thing), I have not missed a SINGLE day of meditation, journaling, reading, brushing my teeth, reading, etc. I even had a Science of Well-Being habit so I made sure that I watched at least one video of the course per day. I think I started on January 15th.

I've a lot of self-improvement videos and all of the hundreds ive watch this is the only channel that has made me go "oohh" a actual mind opener. I appreciate this channel and wished I've discovered this sooner.
Thanks Hamza. Have gone from 12-7 to 9-4 and now 5-4. Obviously still got room for improvement but I find it interesting how much you've helped. I've never had a bigger brother or a father figure in my life so for this I thank you.
I got 0 in depression and 3 in anxiety. I am so fucking grateful to see these numbers. I'm going through a new time in my life just because I decided to listen to Hamza. Working out and meditating every single day has changed me for the better and I am grateful. Thank you again Hamza.
I only started a couple of weeks ago on tracking my habits and I feel like I'm a beast. Now I don't even feel the need to check UA-cam or play videogames and instead I can focus on improving myself. Every day I watch Hamza's new video to remind me of how I need to keep pushing on in life even when it's tough. Be like Adonis and do the hard work, even if you don't feel like it.
I'm 15 and I got 21 on both depression and anxiety score, neglected the present situation so much that I didn't realize how bad things had gotten. Just have to start out with doing the small things everyday day in my life so I can hopefully pull myself out of this terrible mess
Don't know how you do this man but was watching your anxiety and depression video last night and today this popped up. You doing Gods work man. Feel proud to be part of your community. Cheers.
For anyone just starting, start behavior tracking pretty much right away, but for your first day the only goal should be "Did I behavior track?" - doing this made me check that binder paper every single day and over time I added on more goals that I wanted to accomplish. In my opinion it is super hard to jump into something going 100% effort. Make it easy to start, and pretty much naturally you will end up doing more. Even if the pace you are growing isn't what you want, you are staying consistent and you're building a habit slowly so that it sticks.
Hey Hamza I recently started working out around 2 and a half weeks ago consistently, but today while working out I had the worst muscle soreness of my life. I literally started crying a bit because of the pain but I remember the time when my late father was tortured by some criminals for 2 days so I told myself the pain that I am going through is not even 1% of the pain my father went through so i worked through the pain and completed the set.
Working through pain is good as it strengthens your discipline. But for gains, you should not workout 7 days a week most of the time as this will only hinder your progress.
I'm *grateful* for all the content you've put out bro- for being here for guys like us... just struggling to move past our depression & problems. But I have some really bad habits because of this and I will just lay in bed hopeless instead of do the school project I should be stressing about. I have zero anxiety but I am very unmotivated and depressed. I am down bad but I still have a future and I can see it so I am trying to take care of it now while I can. This video has given me a temporary motivation boost so hopefully I can ride on it. Wish me luck!
Thank you Hamza! It worked for me. My Depression score came down from 17 to 8 and Anxiety score from 6 to 2. It really helped me!
that’s amazing bro congrats
slow, steady and quality work is always the winner guys.
Last year my score was 15 for depression and around 10 for anxiety a year later it's 4 for depression and 1 for anxiety. Self improvement can really change your life.
W JiDion pfp
I start a few days ago one plan for the week. Hamza and a friend inspired me. Thanks u
I'm 15 and I got 21 on both depression and anxiety score, neglected the present situation so much that I didn't realize how bad things had gotten. Just have to start out with doing the small things everyday day in my life so I can hopefully pull myself out of this terrible mess
You got it bro stay strong🤝
19 and 19 man, I'm 15. I'm watching more of your videos and starting this tomorrow. thank you
I remember taking the mental health test almost 3 months ago having both my scores above 8, I just retook it and am at a 2 for both. Thank you
Woooo full marks baby 🔥🔥🔥
Don't know how you do this man but was watching your anxiety and depression video last night and today this popped up. You doing Gods work man. Feel proud to be part of your community. Cheers.
my score was 11 depression and 18 on anxiety i think it is pretty high so i will try to lower and better mtself through you hamza
Thanks bro. We need more man like you guiding the youth to become the best version of themselves!
But for gains, you should not workout 7 days a week most of the time as this will only hinder your progress.
im grateful for hamza in starting this cult. bro changed many lives including myself
The work you put in today will bring you the results you see 6 months from now. Good AND bad consequences. Make your future self happy.
Yup , gotta save dat money
Damn I’m literally in a slump during my journey rn and you put this out at the right time. Thanks Hamza 🙌🏽
slow, steady and quality work is always the winner bro :)
3 depression 6 anxiety. year and a half ago it was near the max. i’m grateful for the help you’ve given me bro
I couldn't use the website can you help me?
I'm *grateful* for all the content you've put out bro- for being here for guys like us... just struggling to move past our depression & problems. The more I watch your content the more I want to become like you- just someone who genuinely wants to help other guys move past their issues. But before that I need to improve my mental health and anxiety... I sometimes have trouble picturing myself helping others when I'm still stuck in the endless cycle of depression- but I'm hoping that maybe one day I'll get there! Keep up the great work man- love u no homo : )
- *just some random guy on the internet*
Implementing the kaizen way i like it, steps so small towards progress you can't help but succeed
I really felt what Hamza said at the end about being lonely because people aren't present with you. Ever since I started my self-improvement, I've noticed that with most of my friends. Mainly female friends 😥
Depression- 14 and Anxiety-15
I will conquer this life,
No matter what after 15 days I'll edit this comment with better results Inshallah and my habits are

You were right about strong men taking over weak men. I am really scared at the moment and might be gone soon, but i hope you know that you are helping a lot of people with your videos.

Depression score: 11, anxiety score:4
Now usually i wouldnt trust a random website, but i cant help but agree. I have been feeling like shit the past few months. I am a exact jeffry. I dream of entering an iby league college and build muscle, but i cant get myself to do anything. I used to have so much more self disipline 2 yrs ago. My parents say its nothing and im just down. So i only have u, hamza. Lets hope these 2 weeks help.

You say when we start feeling your videos repetitive and when we are actually on the self improvement road we have to stop watching them, but I like to still watching your videos to realize I am doing the good things because I am actually doing all the things you say and watching progress in my life and still following you helps me to keep doing them

iam grateful for Hamza giving great advice to improve our life
I'm grateful for this channel
I'm grateful for my progress, I just scored 5 on anxiety and 6 on depression. It used to be 17 anxiety and 10 depression a couple of months ago. I noticed that I have become really consistent with the gym and not skipped a workout for a long time. I used to be addicted to playing video games, sometimes playing 4 hours a day on weekends. Nowadays I don't even crave touching a game. Thank you so much Hamza for setting me on the right path.
King 👑 Hamza …. Mashallah
I'm 19 thankful for the video
my biggest gratitude is your youtube channel. thnx a lotttt mannnnn
I came back to your old video just to let you know that I owe a lot in my life to you.... Big bro....
Im grateful for seeing this video from Hamza he changed mentality i wanted to do self improvement but nothing fully motivated mee until this guy iam grateful that you hamza make this kinda videos i really appriciate your work
HAMZA YOU ARE THE BEST. THANK YOU FOR HELPING US OUT WITH YOUR PURPOSE
Hamza made a good point, and that's so true. I wouldn't be watching this video, if i would be happy and satisfied with my life !!
Holy crap I just realize how much I've change for the past only 3 MONTHS of discovering Hamza's Channel. I lost 10 lbs, and my mental health is making a strong recovery. It used to be 10 for anxiety and 12 for depression but now it's only 4 for depression and 3 for anxiety.
One of the first things that im thankful of, is having found your channel. I hated you at first because the truth hit me like a rock. I was literally a jeffrey (still kinda am, but on my path to be like Adonis) and now you became my favourite youtuber. Started training, sleeping well (8-9 hours), got into no fap (which increased my confidence and self esteem massively). You really helped me, and for that, im really grateful :)
Holy shit. Thank you for being a part of this community
@@Akis081 And thank you for the support. This is what i love the most about this community: The support that every man gives to the other. We are pretty alone in this world, unironically, so having each other is the best.
We are all gonna make it :,)
It's been abt two weeks since I've seen this video my mentality has changed so much I'm much more disciplined than I was before it's like I have a clear vision on what in fighting for I just wanted to say thanks hamza for helping on this journey but this is just the beginning
I am watching this for 2nd time and believe me it's worth❤️
