I almost commit suicide last summer and used to have 10 on depression and 17 on anxiety a few months ago, I started watching hamza and through exercise, meditation, and dieting, I’ve lowered those scores to 6 and 3. I’m not yet there and I’ve got much to learn, but I am positive that anyone reading this can make the progress I’ve made and more, we are all gonna make it, just follow through.

Alright, let me start gratitude journaling.
I am grateful for Hamza, for giving me the information I need to improve myself. I've been feeling depressed and anxious over the past few years. I hated my body, I was unconfident around other people, I was the depressed "I'm just tired bro" guy who everyone knew had massive problems.
I felt unfulfilled, I wasted my my time a lot and I was doing nothing about my mental health.
I found Hamza 4 months ago. While I'm not Adonis yet, my life has gotten 10x better thanks to the knowledge that he has given me, and the effort that I have put in myself.
    Thank you Hamza.

When this video dropped my depression score was 16 and my anxiety score was 9, but today I retook the test and my depression score was 2 and my anxiety score was 3, and if anything my answers that gave me any score were results of my drive to improve and achieve. Between journaling, meditation, reading, working out, NoFap and laying off technology and video games, my mental + physical health and life and relationships have improved so much, and it's really all thanks to Hamza, you started me on this path. Thank you.

  • @Angel-yp5kl

I scored 21 in depression and 16 in anxiety, but at this moment im honestly really happy, i turned off the notifications for your channel, since i realized i was watching pretty much all of your videos but was doing absolutely nothing, and the things i was doing i didn't really do them consistently. So lately i've installed a habit tracker called loop, it's pretty simple, and instead of trying to change everything in one day, i decided to just add 3 habits. Meditation, No Fap, and reading. I've been pretty demotivated to exercise lately, and i know you should exercise even when you feel demotivated, but, i couldn't do it, and then i'd just feel guilt, and when the guilt came i'd also relapse on everything else. So as of now i'll try to do something easier, perhaps just a few pushups everyday, just to get the habit of exercising daily, and i know that if i compromise to this i'll eventually be able to do the full workouts everyday. Thanks Hamza, i think this is one of the most helpful videos you've made.

YES! As soon as I started tracking my habits, my productivity skyrocket. A few months ago I discovered this channel but I was never able to consistently meditate and gratitude journal. I would do it every few days.
But as soon as I downloaded a habit tracker and went in with the growth mindset(count every little thing), I have not missed a SINGLE day of meditation, journaling, reading, brushing my teeth, reading, etc. I even had a Science of Well-Being habit so I made sure that I watched at least one video of the course per day. I think I started on January 15th.

For anyone just starting, start behavior tracking pretty much right away, but for your first day the only goal should be "Did I behavior track?" - doing this made me check that binder paper every single day and over time I added on more goals that I wanted to accomplish.
In my opinion it is super hard to jump into something going 100% effort. Make it easy to start, and pretty much naturally you will end up doing more. Even if the pace you are growing isn't what you want, you are staying consistent and you're building a habit slowly so that it sticks.

Hey Hamza I recently started working out around 2 and a half weeks ago consistently, but today while working out I had the worst muscle soreness of my life. I literally started crying a bit because of the pain but I remember the time when my late father was tortured by some criminals for 2 days so I told myself the pain that I am going through is not even 1% of the pain my father went through so i worked through the pain and completed the set.

    • @AYCDmyhair

Working through pain is good as it strengthens your discipline. But for gains, you should not workout 7 days a week most of the time as this will only hinder your progress.

I'm *grateful* for all the content you've put out bro- for being here for guys like us... just struggling to move past our depression & problems. The more I watch your content the more I want to become like you- just someone who genuinely wants to help other guys move past their issues. But before that I need to improve my mental health and anxiety... I sometimes have trouble picturing myself helping others when I'm still stuck in the endless cycle of depression- but I'm hoping that maybe one day I'll get there! Keep up the great work man- love u no homo : )

I'm grateful for my progress, I just scored 5 on anxiety and 6 on depression. It used to be 17 anxiety and 10 depression a couple of months ago. I noticed that I have become really consistent with the gym and not skipped a workout for a long time. I used to be addicted to playing video games, sometimes playing 4 hours a day on weekends. Nowadays I don't even crave touching a game. Thank you so much Hamza for setting me on the right path.

I was literally a jeffrey (still kinda am, but on my path to be like Adonis) and now you became my favourite youtuber. Started training, sleeping well (8-9 hours), got into no fap (which increased my confidence and self esteem massively). You really helped me, and for that, im really grateful :)
