- Ingredients:
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 tsp of Anchovy Paste
1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
1 Tsp of Worcestershire Sauce
½ cup of Freshly Grated Parmiggiano Reggiano
1/3 to ½ cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Made this last night. Absolutely delicious. I thought i would miss the creaminess of a traditional Cesar dressing but actually this felt healthier and flavorful. I used 1 anchovy filet because I didn't have the paste. Definitely will be making this often.

you are amazing Laura. I made your meat loaf, whole chicken, turkey, and am going to try this for a birthday party tomorrow. your direction makes me look like a boss. I had 10 people over for the turkey and it was so good they came back for the chicken. for a guy with no experience in the kitchen and many failed attempts at making edible couisine, your recipes are easy to understand and don't require an extra trip to the grocery store. Keep em coming.

@porkbunX0 original caesar salad does not have chicken in it. Howver you can always add some in for a great chicken caesar salad

I had several people tell me the original Caesar Salad was Mexican - just to clear things up - it's Italian: History. The salad's creation is generally attributed to restaurateur Caesar Cardini, an Italian immigrant who operated restaurants in Mexico and the United States. Cardini was living in San Diego but he was also working in Tijuana where he avoided the restrictions of Prohibition.
Because you know you don't want to bite down (drops garlic)... yeah you don't want that. That made my day. I love the way you cook Laura. I've tried many of your recipes and I love every single last on of them.

I love your Cesar dressing version, I seen videos were they put mayonnaise, buttercream etc. Your recipe It’s simple but has an amazing flavor .

I'm actually eating a plate of Ceasar salad when watching this. I successfully made her Cheesy garlic bread 10 days ago :). Today I made myself Ceasar salad for breakfast and put all the leftover garlic olive oil into the dish. And it ended up tasting amazing :)))

@tubaforeva a really great healthy sandwich spread is to take a few tablespoons of light mayo and crush 1 or 2 garlic cloves and add it to the mayo. season with salt, pepper, and cayenne. it is DELICIOUS.

Instead of grating the garlic, you should use a garlic press, much more efficient.
I use stale garlic bread as croutons!!!!! yum

Yes. Croutons are usually made with slightly stale bread.
