That's what I always say, no one owns a recipe, because the minute one changes an ingredient it's a different recipe. I always look for around five different meatball's recipes, and basically combined all the tips that I learned, and when someone ask me for the recipe, I share what I came up with. If they ask me where did I find it? I tell them the truth, I don't know, I looked at a bunch of them, I got what I like from them. I'm very forgetful 🤣😁

A good thing to mention is that the pasta always (mixed with any kind of sause) needs to be al dente. Otherwise it destroys the whole dish when mixed with the sause due to the pasta turning sticky.

Can you replace the alcohol with something non-alcoholic? Maybe chicken broth or something?
I don't have any vodka. So I am going to try rubbing alcohol instead. It looks yummy.
