- In today's acrylic landscape painting tutorial we paint a calm river and it's reflections of the trees which surround it as well as a warm summer pathway. This relaxing painting tutorial is completed for the most part in real time and will cover the step by step process of how to paint trees, foliage, water, reflections, grass and of course how we put all of those elements together into a cohesive landscape painting.

Acrylic Paints:
Sap Green, Naples Yellow, Cadmium Yellow, Cadmium Red, Burnt Sienna, Ultramarine Blue Mars Black, Titanium White
Other Materials: 8X10 inch canvas - HOWEVER, you are more than welcome to use a larger one, the techniques will translate well, A small dish for water, Paper towel for excess paint

What brand and type of acrylic paint did you use? How did you keep the big globs of paint from drying out on your palette?
I personally love Winsor & Newton! They've been the go-to for a couple of years now. Love the consistency. In regards to the paint drying, occasionally that happens. Some people sprits their canvas but I don't like to dilute it with additional water, so, sacrifices are made to have that consistent consistency. Hope that helps!
Could you do some textured painting for a vid, also could you make a video that quickly show cases all of your works.
