Hello! brilliant teaching as always. I have a question about conga sizes: Leaving the quinto aside for now if its only for soloing, is it always better to use two different sized conga/tumbas or is it ok to have two same sized drums and tune them a 4th/5th apart? I thought I saw Changuito use two same sized drums tuned male/female?
No one explains, breaks it down, and brings it home like you. Godspeed
Thank you, Kaban! I'm glad you like it!!
That last variation is sick! Thank you Miranda, and thanks to Panga as well!
What a great talent you have for breaking down and explaining rhythms, you have greatly added to my drumming skills. Once again thanks.

Nice. Thanks Michael. The slap on the 2 side on 3and is writen for the conga but you play it on the quinto. Guess that's a mistake!?
great
Thanks!!
Ahhhh!
Amazing! You're the best Michael!
Thank you and enjoy it!!
looks so simple... but you can spent a life on it...
