Every time this man gets it right; he just seems to innately understand how to get the perfect balance of control and freedom and it's reflected in the right laws for Russia to promote peace and harmony.
@@KeepItReal1 Nobody wants to be controlled... but it's the case that in society some people fail to control themselves, so laws must be enforced for the common good. That's just a fact of life.
"What we're talking about is oppositional forces within Russia, often funded from abroad, staging events which are not grassroots and aimed at disrupting civil life in order to make it seem authentic and favourable." Probably the same people that are funding similar movements here in the US.
This editing was very clever. I am sure that your translation is in top-notch form as usual. It might be interesting to use the audio and your translation on a screen showing only still pictures of each speaker as they talk. Notice the images that are used during quiet moments. President Putin is made to look nervous with cuts of eye movements, lips, fingers and so on. Kruschev on the other hand is looking wise, knowing and in total control. Thank you Inessa once again. I’ll keep watching the little stuff.
Typical leftist joo .. you recognize them exactly by these features of oppositional "hutzpah", heckling to see what they can get away with, believing themselves to be "progressive", superior, always with an underlying agenda vs. pure search for Truth, trying to help the "revolution" along and erode anything traditional, based on law of the land, etc.
As a Russian citizen I disliked this "journalists" manners very much. He acted like a western journalist, very leftist too. Arguing, interrupting, smug look on his face the whole time. That's not what an interview is supposed to be.
@Gennadiy M - EXACTLY! This TASS interviewer, Andrei Vandenko, is NOT representative of the predominant Russian culture. I'm a Slav and know a lot of Russians and this behaviour is abhorrent to most people from our background. It's the typical ALT-LEFTIST (jooish) behaviour!

Contrary to popular belief, You must get permission to protest in the US as well. And they do not generally grant permission to those they dislike. (Traditionalists, paleo-conservatives, etc.)
Laws vary by locality but generally only over a certain size and only if it causes a public nuisance (e.g. obstructing traffic). There are regularly protests in the US with hundreds of people present that have no permission from authorities and are legal. In Russia it is illegal for two or more people to hold a protest without permission (hence the single person protests the opposition has taken to using).
@@ExVeritateLibertas Why dont you try to have a protest on a street and block traffic in any USA city. 5-0 will be there immediately, misdemeanor if you fail to disperse, and much worse if you resist arrest at that point.
@@nikitanosov8159 Is that not what I said? You cannot block traffic unless you have permission in advance. You will not, however, like in Russia, get beaten and hauled to jail for 10 people spontaneously rallying in front of a government building. Thanks, Inessa. I missed this part of the interview. Insightful in comparison with other segments of the interview. This interview was put into the can shortly before oil prices collapsed. Big stated ethics and the cover of law and order misused require prosperity. My eyes are on the quarantine of Almaty, Kazakhstan. It would have been helpful if Putin has outlined the strategy of turning a population into an epidemic (mass exposure) instead of running from it. Those are the two options. The “liberals” whom Putin so harshly criticizes will talk about only one option. One can only protect things one can protect. I have had to walk away from so many things over the years because of inability to defend and desire to live to fight another day. I am an American Indian, in part, and learned from my ancestors. Putin may not even be paying attention to his experts on defending a population. Be well. Outside of Asia, the virus appears to be mostly the last straw for the old and “those with pre-existing conditions”, as the Russian orthodox might say, «проклятые». Пока....
Inessa, can you make sure the translated captions stay on screen long enough to be read and please .... make the print larger and a bit higher up the screen. But as for Putin's views .... i think sensible and rational. This is the mind of a normal person giving answers consistent with maintaining a reasonably sane amount of public order whilst also allowing freedom .... this question is a delicate balance and often debateable .... he must make some sort of decision and is known to modify it if experience of it's effects dictates reconsideration .... normal signs .... try it, see how things work out then tinker with the details if feedback and observation shows there is an obvious need for changes.
@@InessaS The text for long passages vanishes before it can be read .... it stays then is gone too fast.
