My first car was a 1985 Chrysler Fifth Avenue it no longer said New Yorker anywhere on the car at that point. Mine was also the same color on the outside but it had gray leather button-tuck seats with the 318 v-8, I loved the car but after two transmission rebuilds I questioned if it was worth keeping. If I had one now, I would remove the full power train and install a 5.7 Hemi. Surprisingly the 5.7 is an easy engine to install in almost any mid or full-size car, this includes getting a rear differential that has disk brakes already. The only issue I have ever seen was buying a custom drive shaft but even that is recommended because you never want to guess if it is true or not so measure twice as they say and turn this car into a sleeper!
That car is more comfortable than anything on the road right now
Original floor mats ???
