I like the band's reference point for 90s Swedish Death filtered through 00s metalcore riffs, but Emma's lack of endurance for harsh vocals live hurts them a lot. It's not a female thing obviously, because Courtney from Spiritbox and Reba from Code Orange, just to name a couple, are extremely good live with their harsh vocals. I'd seriously consider having Emma just do cleans live, you can see the guys are already helping her a lot.
Saw them live a couple of months ago at the Impericon Festival. Emma did not disappoint at all. Harsh and clean vocals were on point. Can't complain.

@@rdmptn3828 Ah I get you now! imo while Boundaries evolved the metalcore sound to modern day I feel like Dying Wish are a throwback to the old school sound. Nostalgia is a very powerful emotion.
She is way too happy, she sings about watching your loved ones die, while she looks like she is singing about kittens :-) . Anyway, first time I noticed this band and I like it. The vocals could sound a lot better, I strongly suspect there was some problems with the PA, a too soft set limiter or something, I watched another gig on the same stage later that night and it sounded like crap too.

They need a different vocalist. She’s so irritating. Awful voice everytime I see a video of them. Seen them twice and she’s always losing her voice
Thats bullshit. Saw them at Full Force Festival last week and she was brilliant. You never saw her live. Thats the sound of this upload. Watch the Hate5six Video and say that again. You are only a hater. Not even more.
@@D4xoO I saw her live two times this year and her voice is awful. The most i talked about this, sees it the same. i had so high hopes for this band and they sound great on cd, but live they sucks!
